6 Months Probation. Possibility of extension and appraisal based upon the performance.

4. Working Condition

Work is performed in an office environment, and on various Commercial and Industrial sites (for site surveys). The person usually works independently, with occasional coordination with other departments and teams.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design the Solar Rooftop Solar system and prepare proposals
• Prepare Financial Models for the customers to pitch for sales
• Prepare PPA and Normal Contracts for the customers
• Prepare Construction Reports after signing the contract and handover to the installation team
• Coordinate with Commercial Banks to facilitate the solar loan for the customer
• Follow up and attend meetings in AEPC for their rooftop policy and subsidy
• Conduct Site Visits of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Businesses
• Design, prepare and conduct presentations to the customers
• Market Development on solar rooftop Projects
• Attend Seminar related to solar rooftop business
• Daily Work Report to the manager
• Assist the manager with the Design, Site Visit and Report preparation of projects
• Prepare Desk Study Reports, Detail Feasibility Study Reports and Construction Reports with the coordination of the manager
• Design the Solar Water Pumping system and prepare the cost estimate with BOQ
• Site verification of Solar Water Pumping system
• Use ERM software to track the sales record

Education, Skills, and Other Requirements

• Must Have Two-Wheeler License and vehicle
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Should have sound Knowledge of Auto CAD
• Must have an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 4-5 years of Experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
