Academic Qualification:

University Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution.

Skills/Job Specification:

Min 10 years of experience in a Hydro Energy related industry with thorough knowledge of business operations.

Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to analyze and compile large sets of data and present effective reports.

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning, and designing of electro-mechanical components and carry out its evaluation for procurement of electro-mechanical works, goods, and services.

Preparation of BOQ, cost estimating, preparation of bid documents, and contract management of Electro-mechanical components.

Ensure quality of work according to the design & specification.

Ensure Safety compliance and installation of electromechanical components.

Carry out site supervision, whenever required.

Review of drawings, bill of qualities, planning & scheduling, and technical reports submitted by the team.

Review and design project components and other infrastructure/facilities.

Conduct and participate in different levels of project-related meetings as per requirement.

Manage effective communication with various stakeholders.

Ensure as-built drawings are prepared and well documented.

Maintaining the performance database of all employees related to the electrical department in the Hydro Division.

Co-ordinating power generation, transmission, and distribution.

Prepare and submit reports as required by the Management within the agreed timeline.
