Qualification :
- Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
- 2 years of experience in Hydropower and Substations
- Good Knowledge of AUTOCAD, MS Office suite
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work any shift (Day, Night & Morning)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all reports/ documentation (WBS-work breakdown structure, Gantt chart, Method statement, SAT Report, etc.) in a proper manner.
- Conduct project reviews by creating detailed reports for management.
- Identify potential risks and plan for risk mitigation strategies.
- Defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project.
- Outlining timescales, costs, and resources needed to design and deliver electrical operation projects.
- Execute the step-by-step project plans.
- Responsible for safety and quality during fieldwork.
- Assisting with network connectivity/cabling and networking hardware such as routers and switches.
- Provide technical support/mentoring to field technicians.
- May be required to supplement the field technician position when required.
